CSR PolicyOur foundational stance on corporate social responsibility and the principles that guide our operations.
The Company adopts, as a matter of management policy, compliance with the laws and regulations of Japan and abroad, its contractual obligations, and social norms, and places importance on its corporate social responsibility (CSR). This policy sets out the basic principles we follow in addressing each of the items below, and it applies to our Osaka headquarters, our overseas development center, our directors and employees, and the partner companies involved in our business.
注記
This policy is not a representation that the Company holds any particular third-party certification. We carry out effective management appropriate to the scale, nature, and risks of our business, and we strive to continually improve our efforts.
Compliance, governance &
continual improvement
We recognize and comply with the laws and regulations of Japan and abroad that apply to our business, as well as our contracts and client requirements. Responsibility for advancing this policy rests with management (the CEO and Deputy CEO).
- We identify the significant risks to our business and carry out the necessary measures, training, records, and reviews.
- When a client reasonably requests confirmation, documentation, or audit cooperation, we provide accurate information in accordance with our contracts and applicable law.
- When a problem or nonconformity is identified, we determine its cause and work on corrective action and the prevention of recurrence.
- Employees may consult with, or report to, management any concerns regarding legal compliance, ethics, human rights, safety, information management, and the like, and we do not treat anyone unfavorably for having consulted or reported.
Human rights & labor
We do not tolerate forced labor, human trafficking, inhumane treatment, child labor, or harassment. We do not engage in unfair discrimination on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, disability, religion, or any other attribute.
We comply with the Labor Standards Act, the Minimum Wage Act, and other labor-related laws, paying appropriate wages and allowances, managing working hours properly, and ensuring leave. We respect our employees’ freedom of association and right to collective bargaining.
At our overseas locations we comply with local laws, and where we recognize a human-rights risk in our business, we ascertain its nature and impact and work on the necessary improvements. We also ask our suppliers and partner companies to understand and cooperate with the intent of this section.
Health & safety
We comply with the Industrial Safety and Health Act and other relevant laws, and we maintain an environment in which employees can work safely and in good health.
- We work to provide an annual health check-up, prevent excessive working hours, and build a workplace where it is easy to seek advice — including on physical and mental well-being.
- We give due regard to physical strain, working posture, hygiene, and the safe use of IT equipment in both office and remote-work environments.
- We maintain a communication structure and provide the necessary training and confirmation in preparation for emergencies such as disasters, accidents, and infectious diseases.
- For manufacturing facilities, chemical processes, and the like that are not ordinarily used in our business, we assess applicability according to the nature of the business and, where relevant, implement the necessary safety measures.
Environment
Our principal business is software development and IT consulting, and in principle we do not carry out production activities that involve manufacturing processes or the use of chemical substances. In light of this business character, we strive to minimize our environmental impact.
- Through paperless operations, office energy conservation, and the use of remote work and online meetings, we strive to use resources and energy efficiently.
- We sort and dispose of PCs, peripherals, batteries, and other waste appropriately, in accordance with the relevant laws and the rules of local governments and collection contractors.
- In selecting cloud and external services, we take environmental load into account alongside business requirements and reasonableness.
- If changes in our business make environmental permits, chemical-substance management, environmental assessments, or the like necessary, we respond in accordance with the relevant laws and requirements.
Fair dealing & ethics
We do not engage in corruption, bribery, illegal political donations, or the improper giving or receiving of benefits. We comply with the Antimonopoly Act, the laws governing subcontracting and entrusted transactions, and other relevant laws; we do not abuse a superior bargaining position; and we conduct our business fairly and in good faith.
- We respect the intellectual property and trade secrets of our clients and third parties, and handle them appropriately under our contracts.
- Where a transaction involves import/export or the transfer of technology or information overseas, we confirm the applicable laws and regulations and manage it appropriately.
- We sever any relationship with antisocial forces and strive to prevent, promptly detect, and correct misconduct.
- The Company does not engage in mineral-resource procurement as a line of business, but we understand the intent of responsible mineral sourcing and respond appropriately should any such procurement arise.
Quality & safety
We strive to ensure the quality, safety, and reliability of the services and deliverables we provide to our clients. In our proposals, estimates, staffing proposals, and disclosure of track record, we avoid false, exaggerated, or misleading expressions and are thorough in providing accurate information.
- We clarify requirements, scope of responsibility, quality standards, and acceptance conditions to the extent possible.
- In development and changes, we manage quality through review, testing, issue management, and the necessary records.
- When a defect or quality problem comes to light, we ascertain its impact and correct it in cooperation with the client.
Information security &
privacy
We appropriately protect the confidential information and personal information entrusted to us by clients, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), outsourcing contracts, and our clients’ security requirements.
- We manage access rights appropriately according to the sensitivity of the information and business necessity.
- We handle business data appropriately within approved environments, in accordance with our contracts and our clients’ security requirements.
- Where client information is handled by an overseas location or by overseas personnel, we do so within the scope of applicable laws, our contracts, and our clients’ approval and instructions.
- Where a client specifies a security environment or connection method, we comply with its conditions of use.
- In development and service delivery, we give due regard to confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy, and we maintain a response structure prepared for security incidents. Should an incident arise that concerns a client’s operations, we report it promptly in accordance with our contracts and applicable law.
Business continuity
We prepare for events that could significantly affect business continuity — large-scale natural disasters, infectious diseases, accidents, cyberattacks, communications and cloud outages, and constraints on the availability of critical external services or personnel. Based on our separately established Business Continuity Plan (BCP), we strive to keep the impact on our clients’ projects to a minimum through a cloud-based operating structure, a remote-work environment, geographic distribution across two domestic and overseas locations, emergency communications, and alternative arrangements.

disclosure
The Company shares the intent of this policy with the suppliers and partner companies that are important to its business, and asks for their compliance and cooperation in accordance with the content of the contract, the nature of the work, and the risks involved. Where a serious problem is identified, we ascertain the facts and encourage improvement.
Where a client reasonably requests an explanation or disclosure regarding this policy and our related efforts, we respond accurately and in good faith, while giving due regard to confidentiality obligations and applicable law. In principle, we review this policy once a year in response to changes in our business, structure, laws, and social conditions.
